How a project runs

Every project starts with the process map. The project itself runs through four phases: recording the processes, joint concept, development, and testing and handover. Implementation is based on a binding fixed price quote.

From the first conversation to a running system

Before the project

Process map

The process map is a structured analysis of your processes. We record them together with your team and document every step with the people responsible, the systems used and the time it takes.

You receive

  • Current processes as a diagramsteps, roles and systems at a glance
  • Bottlenecks and lost timemedia breaks, waiting times, duplicate work
  • Automation potentialassessed for every step
  • A basis for decisionsfor planning your system

01

Recording the processes

Based on the process map, we record the processes the system is to cover in detail, in conversation with management and staff, on site or online.

02

Joint concept

Together with your team we work out the concept: which processes are mapped, which systems are connected and which data is migrated. On this basis you receive a binding fixed price quote with milestones.

03

Development

We develop the software on the basis of the concept and create a clean, consistent data foundation on which all modules work. Existing systems are connected.

04

Testing and handover

Before handover, we test the software together with your staff using real cases. We then hand the system over to your team and take care of ongoing maintenance.
